Simple Past:

Hello!!! Today I'm going to talk about the past simple.

The simple past in English is very important to communicate. With action verbs the auxiliary did is used. example did you watch the game? is answered: yes, I did or not, I dind't. 

Action verbs ending in-sh-ch k-s-p-f: pronounced with a "T" at the end. example liked, Helped, kissed. 

The verbs ending v-l-b-m-n pronounced with a "D" at the end. example: lived, Smiled, climed .. 

Action verbs ending in td pronounced  with "ID". example wanted, planted, complited.

For example I'll talk about my weekend:

On Friday morning, I woke up at 6 am, I prepared the breakfast and I cleaned my house.  Then, I studied and prepared the dinner. At night I watched a movie with my husband.

On Saturday morning, I went to the gym. In the afternoon I spoke with my friends. In the evening I went to dinner with my family and I wore a beautiful dress.

On Sunday morning, around 10 o’clock, I went to church and I wore a blouse, trousers and high sheel shoes. In the afternoon I went to the supermarket with my mom at night I make dinner and studied English.

This has helped me to improve conversations with people, to listen better when they speak English and understand the MUSIC & the movies.
