That I need to learn English to improve

I improve my English, I need to study more, learn more verbs, such as sentences are structured and think that English is necessary for professional life. I need to speak in English with people who can correct me, people who speak and write English very well. I need to have a schedule for studying English for at least two hours per day and propose short-term goals, such as learn five verbs per day. I need to study more and be a struggling student.
